Residential Architecture
MIxed-Use, Housing + Urban Living

Our proposals for this project involves the proposed development of a 0.99-hectare brownfield site to deliver a high-quality, sustainable residential scheme that aligns with local housing needs and planning policy objectives. The development seeks outline planning permission for up to 40 new homes, with a balanced mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom houses, including up to 50% affordable housing.

The design prioritises a thoughtful masterplan that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding suburban character of Sunbury-on-Thames. Key features include generous private gardens, shared amenity spaces, a Local Area for Play (LAP), and a woodland walk. The scheme incorporates sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), enhanced boundary planting, and green infrastructure to promote biodiversity and ecological connectivity.

The development is designed to make efficient use of the site while maintaining sensitivity to the local urban grain, ensuring appropriate building heights, separation distances, and landscaping. With improved pedestrian and cycle routes, the project aims to create a welcoming, resilient, and well-connected residential community that supports long-term value for residents and the environment.
