Clifton House is a new architectural landmark and mixed-use urban regeneration located at the station gateway to Basingstoke town centre in Hampshire. The 20 storey building is arranged in a U shaped plan with south facing green podium overlooked by surrounding flats.

A total of 220no 1B and 2B flats over two floors of commercial floorspace and podium car parking is proposed. This will build upon the town’s identity as a forward-looking, sustainable, and connected place to live and work.
